Third Party International, Inc. contracts with PI Integrated Systems

TPI to work with PI to increase exposure outside Gulf Coast

July 1, 1998 -- During the past 6 months, Nick Vasilieff has been working with PI Integrated Systems as a business consultant and coach. On July 1, TPI and PI concluded an agreement in which TPI will manage new marketing activities. PI is the developer and distributor of the FlexCAD line of process plant design and piping software. Headquartered in Houston Texas, PI has established itself as a leader in Process and Petrochemical products for AutoCAD. TPI will work with PI to increase exposure of the FlexCAD product line outside the Gulf Coast region and, through mailings and telemarketing, expand PI's market share.
